What documents can I upload?

Doosmo is designed to analyze commercial lease documents submitted in PDF format.

Searchable PDFs containing extractable text provide the best results. Image-only scans, damaged PDFs, files with little or no readable text, or documents that do not appear to be commercial leases may be rejected before payment or require additional review.

What happens after I upload my lease?

Before payment, Doosmo performs document preflight checks designed to confirm that the file is readable and appears suitable for commercial lease analysis.

After payment is confirmed, eligible orders enter Doosmo's processing workflow, which may include document extraction, AI-assisted analysis, independent verification, deterministic validation, underwriting analysis, quality review, report generation, and secure delivery.

How long does processing take?

Processing time depends on document length, lease complexity, source quality, amendment structure, and whether additional QA Review is required.

Doosmo will notify you when your report is ready. Documents requiring additional review may take longer than documents that can be released automatically.

What will I receive?

Successful orders receive a professionally prepared Doosmo Lease Intelligence Report delivered as a PDF.

Depending on the source documents and supported analysis, reports may include verified lease information, source-page references, financial and economic information, risk and critical-date review, and underwriting-oriented intelligence.

What is QA Review?

QA Review is a quality-control safeguard used when Doosmo determines that a report should not be released automatically.

A lease may enter QA Review because of ambiguity, conflicting provisions, unusual formatting, source-quality concerns, or other conditions requiring additional attention.

There is no additional charge for QA Review.

Can I include amendments and exhibits?

Yes. Commercial lease packages may include amendments, exhibits, schedules, and other related contractual materials when those documents form part of the lease package being reviewed.

More complex document packages may require additional processing or QA Review.

Does Doosmo provide legal advice?

No. Doosmo provides document abstraction, analytical reporting, verification, and commercial lease intelligence.

Doosmo does not provide legal, tax, accounting, appraisal, brokerage, investment, credit, or other regulated professional advice. Customers should consult qualified professionals when appropriate.

How are my documents handled?

Doosmo recognizes that commercial lease documents may contain confidential, financial, operational, and commercially sensitive information.

Documents are submitted over HTTPS and processed through Doosmo's controlled systems. Completed reports are delivered through secure access links rather than publicly exposed file paths.

What if Doosmo cannot process my lease?

Doosmo is designed to stop rather than release a report when required quality or validation conditions are not satisfied.

If a one-time report purchase ultimately cannot reasonably be completed after QA Review, the applicable refund provisions are described in our Refund Policy.

How do report downloads work?

When your report is ready, Doosmo sends a secure download link to the email address associated with your order.

Download links may expire or be revoked. If a valid report link no longer works, contact Doosmo Support for assistance.

How do refunds work?

Refund eligibility depends on when cancellation is requested, whether processing has begun, whether the report has already been delivered, and the circumstances surrounding the request.
