Commercial Lease Documents
Doosmo processes commercial leases and related documents that customers submit for the purpose of preparing Lease Intelligence Reports and providing requested services.
Doosmo does not claim ownership of commercial leases or related source documents submitted by customers. Uploaded documents remain the property of the customer or their respective legal owners.
We do not sell uploaded commercial lease documents. We do not publish them or use them in advertising or marketing without authorization.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the authority to submit documents to Doosmo for processing.
How We Use Information
We use collected information as reasonably necessary to:
- Receive and process commercial lease submissions.
- Prepare and deliver Lease Intelligence Reports.
- Verify and quality-review report information.
- Communicate about submissions, orders, and support.
- Process transactions and maintain business records.
- Operate, secure, maintain, and improve Doosmo services.

Automated and AI-Assisted Processing
Doosmo may use automated software, machine-learning systems, artificial intelligence, and other document-processing technologies to analyze submitted commercial lease documents, identify provisions, organize information, perform verification, and assist in preparing reports.
Automated processing is part of Doosmo's document-analysis workflow and may be supplemented by quality-control and human review processes.
Where third-party technology providers are used to support these functions, information may be processed by those providers solely as necessary to provide services to Doosmo and subject to their applicable contractual and privacy obligations.
Payments
Payment transactions may be processed by Stripe or other third-party payment processors. Doosmo does not need to receive or store your complete payment-card number in order to process a transaction through these providers.
Payment processors may collect billing information and transaction data in accordance with their own privacy policies and legal obligations.

Doosmo retains information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide requested services, maintain business and accounting records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, comply with legal obligations, and maintain appropriate operational records.
Retention periods may differ depending on the nature of the information and the services provided.
Customers may contact Doosmo to request deletion of submitted documents, subject to legitimate business, contractual, security, archival, and legal-retention requirements.
